Buck and Blues is a fresh new spot that’s already off to a great start. The food is top-notch—full of flavor and clearly made with care. The kitchen has been totally redone, and you can taste the difference. The whole place has gotten a serious upgrade. The atmosphere is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. There are new TVs around the upstairs bar, and music playing throughout, which adds to the lively but relaxed vibe. And with bottles like Angel’s Envy and Old Forester behind the bar, it’s clear this isn’t the low-end dive it used to be—they’ve taken things up a few notches. It’s still early days, so give the team a little time to find their rhythm. You can tell they’re passionate about what they’re building, and it’s already a big improvement. Definitely worth stopping by and supporting.

We recently had dinner at Buck and Blues, and it was a fantastic experience! The renovation gives the space a warm, welcoming Western feel! The staff felt more like family than employees — friendly, down-to-earth, and genuinely happy to help. Their hospitality made the whole experience feel personal and relaxed. We started with the house bread, which was light and airy — absolutely amazing with a drizzle of honey. I ordered the pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw, and my boyfriend had the steak with mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, and finished with their signature Cowpoke dessert. Everything hit the mark. The pulled pork was smoky and tender, the steak cooked to perfection, and the sides were comforting. The Cowpoke dessert was a sweet, indulgent finish — a must-try. With fair prices, portions, and that laid-back Western vibe, Bucks and Blues is the kind of place you’ll want to come back to — perfect for families, casual nights out, or anyone craving hearty food and real hospitality. This place won’t stay a hidden gem for long!

We had a 12 top recently and the service was great. They have lots of wait staff and the food was good and the prices were decent. We are looking forward to going back to try it again.
